Web3 for Software Engineers

26 phases · cryptographic primitives through monitored EVM, Bitcoin, and Lightning systems · assumes Python/Node/SQL and command-line fluency · ~180–280 hours with labs.

You already know how to ship a REST service, index a DB, and deploy behind a CDN. This course maps those mental models onto blockchain: a Postgres you don't own, with consensus instead of a primary, lambdas that cost gas, and a public event log anyone can replay.

Honest positioning — Phases 1–16 teach concepts and first projects. Phases 17–26 add production practice with runnable labs (labs/), CI-tested reference solutions, capstone rubrics, and toolchain pins. Completing the course does not replace an independent security review before mainnet funds.
