1. Threat model: assets, authorities, trust boundaries, invariants, SECURITY.md
2. Tests: unit, fuzz, invariant, fork, Echidna, CI
3. Deploy: verified source, Safe/timelock, launch drill
4. Security: Slither triage, independent reviewer sign-off
5. Operations: monitoring, induced-failure postmortem
6. Track-specific evidence (see Phase 26)
